Which top 3 homes are NOT selling as fast right now in the Puget Sound market?

#1: 🏢Condos
Buyers currently have the most leverage here. Condo inventory is around 4.8 months, which means more competition between sellers and more negotiating power for buyers.
#2: 🏗️ New construction
Builders are offering incentives and price reductions more often as inventory climbs. Nationwide, nearly 1 in 5 new homes sold at a discount recently.
#3: đź’° Overpriced homes
Today’s buyers are extremely payment focused. If a home isn’t priced right from day one, it’s likely to sit while buyers compare options.

The biggest shift?
Buyers didn’t disappear — they just became more selective and analytical.
