This week has been full of blessings, hard work, and so much gratitude. We’ve had the opportunity to tour so many homes with our buyers, help one of our amazing buyers get under contract, launch our newest listing live on the market, and welcome new buyers and sellers that trusted us to guide them through their journey. 🏡❤️

On top of all that, we’ve also been working on our own investment properties. It has definitely been a BIG and busy week — but we are incredibly thankful for every opportunity, every client, every conversation, and every bit of support we continue to receive.

Helping families navigate real estate is something we never take for granted.

War is hell, and it’s also inflationary. That’s why the attack on Iran has led bond yields (and mortgage rates) to jump. The market is particularly worried about the impact of energy prices on US inflation. And the Fed will be less likely to cut rates if a prolonged war sends CPI higher.
