Jordan Court Apartments is now taking applications for 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for the summer and fall of 2020. Our 1 bedroom/1 bath units rent for $650 plus electricity, and our 2 bedroom/1 bath units rent for $770 plus electricity. We also offer high-speed internet and cable that is included in your rent.

- 24 hour emergency maintenance

APPLICATION PROCESS:
You must be 21 years or older making 3 times the monthly rental rate with a credit score of 680 or higher to qualify without a cosigner.
Application Fee............... $50 per applicant (non-refundable)
Security Deposit.............. $300 (based on credit score)
Administration Fee.......... $150 (refundable only if not approved)
