What can accountability and community actually do for your business?

More than most people realize.

Real accountability is not someone chasing you down or making you feel bad when you miss the mark. It is having people around you who care enough about you and your business to remember what you said you wanted, and to keep calling you back to it.

Then add community to that.

People who understand the hard days, celebrate the wins, share what is working, and remind you that one bad week does not get to decide the direction of your business.

That combination can change your trajectory.

Because being surrounded by people who care whether you actually become the person you said you wanted to become… that matters.

That is one of my favorite things about Breakthrough 120.

Join us at a local jiu-jitsu studio for a hands-on Realtor Safety class focused on awareness, prevention, and what to do when a situation goes from uncomfortable to unsafe.

We’ll talk through real-world scenarios agents face in the field, how to recognize warning signs, create safer habits, and use practical self-defense techniques designed to help you protect yourself and get out of a dangerous situation.

Come dressed comfortably and ready to participate. You don’t need to be athletic, have any self-defense experience, or know a single thing about jiu-jitsu.
