We are truly one bill a month which includes all utilities, internet, and parking. We are a short drive from campus, located on the bus line or enjoy the beautiful weather with 3/4 mile walk. Our onsite Management and Maintenance are at your service 24/7 for emergency call out.

If you’re moving out this Sunday, August 9, remember you have the entire day to move out.

Stop by the office between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM to return your keys.

If you’re moving out after 5:00 PM, please leave your keys, all passes, and your forwarding address in the drop box outside the office so we can have them first thing Monday morning.
