ween. Khanh graduated from Seattle University shortly thereafter in 2007 with a Bachelor of the Arts in Business and Marketing, allowing him to list and sell homes in record time.. During and after the devastation of the housing market, Khanh quickly got to work and helped his first short sale customer in December 2006. When short sales became the primary market from 2007-2012, Khanh helped many struggling homeowners negotiate countless short sales and loan modifications helping them save their credit and in some cases, their homes. During this time, he also helped banks price their bank owned properties (REO) by completing hundreds of broker price opinions (BPO) while representing bank owned properties for asset managers and lenders.
