Congratulations to my clients for simultaneously closing on two transactions, both selling their current home and purchasing a new one!

They trusted me to handle a For Sale By Owner purchase and facilitating the transaction between them and the seller while also guiding them through the selling process to make enough proceeds to pay for the new home.

It was a bit stressful for them at first due to their current home at the time still being occupied. However, we were able to get the home under contract in just a few days with multiple at or over asking offers, selling for over $10k over asking and over $35k more than what they needed for the purchase!

CONGRATULATIONS to my first time home buyer Austin for closing on this amazing townhome in Seattle! Extremely clean and well-maintained with updated tech and unique quirks in the home drew him in initially. But the cherry on top were no HOA dues, and beautiful sights of the city and the Sound from the large rooftop deck.

We were also able to get all of his $18k in closing costs covered and his inspection repair requests completed!

CONGRATULATIONS to my buyers Gabe and Anna for closing on this beautiful Auburn home! At first, we were browsing some homes here and there to help them narrow down what aspects of a home clicked for what they were looking for until we stumbled across this extremely well-maintained 2019 property in a great location for both of their commutes. It was love at first sight, so much so that they pushed up their timeline to purchase and made an offer the day after!

We were able to get all of their $22k in closing costs covered, their two inspection repair requests completed, and nearly $7k in patio furniture from the sellers to help jumpstart furnishing the home!

CONGRATULATIONS to my first time homebuyers Ying and Tiffany! There were a lot of potential properties that fit their search criteria and because they started their homebuying process so early, they were able to take their time in vetting everything properly until coming across this remodeled gem in Kent with new appliances.

Not only that, we were also able to get an offer accepted for $20k less than asking after an already recent $40k price reduction on top of a $5k seller credit towards closing costs!

CONGRATULATIONS to my buyers Duy and Tung for closing on this rental home in Auburn!

They came to me looking for a home near Green River College to fix up and renovate themselves that they could eventually rent out to students that would also work with their budget and borrowing options.

They found the perfect one tucked away in a private corner with a decent lot/yard within walking distance that was maintained but needed a little TLC.

Not only was it a great fit for what they were looking for, we were able to negotiate more than $30k off the list price while also having the opportunity to give the sellers free rent-back as they prepared to move to Florida to create a win-win situation for both parties!

We toured homes for just a couple of days with a lot of strong contenders that fit his search criteria until we came across this home that immediately pulled him in.

CONGRATULATIONS to my first time homebuyers Atien and Sherry who closed on this beautiful and updated home in Kent!

This home ended up beating out a handful of other strong contenders for them and we were able to get our offer accepted right before another offer was to come in. One of the perks of our offer included giving the sellers a rentback for a short period while they work on purchasing a home of their own!

As for this home, it’s essentially a rambler that fits their work from home needs with a very large unfinished basement that has a lot of potential and possibilities, a yard big enough for gardening, and a great area for Olivier to grow up in!

One of my earliest clients was Sherry’s brother, Aaron, who I’ve assisted in two of his purchases. And now I have the honor of being able to assist her and Atien (both of whom I’ve known for well over a decade and a half) in their own home purchase! CONGRATULATIONS to my first time homebuyers Victoria and Ben who were able to purchase this beautiful, updated rambler for under asking price!

A long driveway with a flat and spacious yard makes it perfect for hosting which was an important criteria in the home search process. Along with that, the location is very close to Coal Creek Parkway which allows for an easy commute to work in Bellevue!

This journey had a very interesting and unique start with the first property not working out despite being able to get under contract for under asking on that one as well. But they both were able to walk away after handling it with poise and put themselves into an even better position for this current home!
