What’s your scariest moment during your home &/or rental search?

Upon our arrival, the gate to the yard was locked. Seller’s extra car was parked in the driveway to detour unwanted visitors….

Then, we found the back door to the basement of this vacant home kicked in! Upon our swift departure, a plume of white smoke came up the chimney that fizzled out while I was closely watching the house & re-locking up the yard gate! That was confirmation that Someone was Still Inside!! **Please Be Careful, & Check on your Vacant Listings Often!!!**
