Corona Virus:
Welcome To “The New Normal”
My main focus is to serve my clients’ needs today primarily with their safety, health and security in mind.
With home ownership being one of the largest assets in your portfolio, I realize that the volatility in today’s market is a major concern as well as the overall effects of the corona virus.
Homebuyers who are hoping the corona virus will cool off the Puget Sound’s red-hot housing market may be out of luck. Buyer demand is at a Spring seasonal peak, coupled with dramatically low inventory of homes and low interest rates.
What has changed, however, is my approach to helping our Buyers and Sellers navigate the uncertainty in today’s market.
To that end, I have implemented new strategies to assure my Sellers and Clients have the highest level of representation they have come to expect from me at John L. Scott.
For example:
As more of the public is encouraged to stay at home due to the virus, I find online traffic increasing exponentially for ALL properties that are on the market! I have invested in 3D technology and virtual walk-through cameras as well as individual home video tours and other online tools to showcase all listings on the market today, in the best light possible and it’s working!!
Another example:
Although some Sellers choose not to have public open houses, I am scheduling private showings with each Buyer showing interest and adhering to strict sanitary standards.

With record affordability, the pent-up demand for housing in the Puget Sound area begs the question:
