Over the weekend, our team lead, Melissa Comito, sent us a video with a simple reminder: your stats and your numbers do not define who you are.

Three weeks ago, we sat down together for the first time.

They were referred to me by a past client, and we started with one question:

Why do you want to buy a home?

They were ready to stop renting and buy their first home together. ❤️

So we got down to the basics.

🏡 Where did they want to live?
💰 What felt comfortable financially?
❤️ What were the must-haves they weren’t willing to compromise on?

Then we made a plan.

Because having more homes to choose from doesn’t always make buying easier. There’s a lot of inventory right now, and buyer fatigue is real.

It’s easy to look at house after house and start second-guessing what you really want.

But they stayed focused on their plan.

And just three weeks after our first meeting, I got to call them with four pretty exciting words:

“Your offer was accepted.” 🥹🏡

Their first home together. ❤️

Now we move on to inspections, financing, appraisal and all the steps that get them from offer accepted to keys in hand.
