Don't fall into a false sense of security when you're scrolling the internet and see a home you like that has been on the market for a couple of weeks. We've had buyers miss out, thinking it was going to be around later and then P**F! Gone! We can't help if you don't call!

right now there has been a lot of Dad and Daughter time, including what might be my new favorite activity, which is going through the car wash with Rory and having her help me clean out the car!

We also hit up a little gem of a park this weekend called Cedar River Trail. It has a great playground and right next to the river. If you know of any other parks we should hit up, let me know!
