Congrats to my clients for the successful sale of their Renton home. They spent 6 wonderful years here before deciding it was time to find something bigger and better. I helped them purchase this home and witnessing the growth of their family and the sale of the home was definitely bittersweet.

The market wasn't exactly kind to us. It took a lot of work to get this one done. With over 30 private tours and 20+ open house visitors we were getting traffic but no offers. Ultimately we negotiated a deal that worked for all parties and found the right buyer who had a vision for the home.
