My clients just purchased this home in Tacoma for $15,000 under asking price and no money down

Strategy is key. Rather than wasting time touring dozens of homes we made sure to identify properties that would accept our terms.

Our offer was $15k under asking and a full 3% in seller credit. The only caveat was we needed to do a pre-inspection before submitting the offer. The seller wanted to make sure that if they accepted our offer we wouldn’t back out because of an inspection.

When we closed, my clients had instant equity with the appraised value above what we paid. Their down payment was covered by the WA state down payment assistance program and all their closing costs covered by the seller. They literally paid 0 out of pocket and got a beautiful starter home for their family.

My WHY

I love being a realtor and serving clients but at the end of the day the reason I work hard and want to close more sales is for my family.

Every time I get the opportunity to visit home and see our families it’s a reminder that family is everything.

There’s a quote that really sticks out to me that I’ll always keep in mind:
“Some people are so poor, all they have is money”

SOLD in Renton

Congrats to my clients for the successful sale of their Renton home. They spent 6 wonderful years here before deciding it was time to find something bigger and better. I helped them purchase this home and witnessing the growth of their family and the sale of the home was definitely bittersweet.

The market wasn't exactly kind to us. It took a lot of work to get this one done. With over 30 private tours and 20+ open house visitors we were getting traffic but no offers. Ultimately we negotiated a deal that worked for all parties and found the right buyer who had a vision for the home.
