Steve graduated from Skidmore College in 2000, which was followed by several years in New York City working in magazine publishing. Having grown up in Kent, CT and been an active member of the community since moving back in 2005, he knows Litchfield County exceptionally well. His strengths as a Realtor come from his understanding of home construction, land development, as well as marketing. He enj
oys working on houses and has overseen numerous renovation projects - from kitchen remodels, to entire home renovations, to new construction. Steve's thorough understanding of land development and local land-use policies was formed through years working in land surveying. And the same skills he learned working in publishing - advertising, marketing, writing and design - he brings to each of his listings. Currently, Steve volunteers on Kent's Chamber of Commerce, coaches youth sports, and act as property steward for the Kent Land Trust. He also is an advocate for smart-growth and land conservation, which led him to serve on Kent's Planning & Zoning Commission for many years as well as on Pond Mountain Land Trust's Board of Trustees. My Approach
My main goal as a Realtor has always been to work hard and be honest. I like to get to know my clients on a more personal level and treat them as trusted friends. I enjoy real estate and the buying process too much to be pushy or impatient. It's a fun experience, and I like to share that with my buyers and sellers.
