I am very excited to introduce my latest project. In April we acquired a fully entitled 12 acre property directly across the street from the Heavenly Gondola in South Lake Tahoe. Walking distance to everything you could want in the winter or summer months.

The property already had a massive amount of infrastructure in place with a 110 space parking garage.

My team of architects, engineers and consultants are working hard to design this amazing property that will consist of 387 luxury condos and 75,000 sqft of commercial space. The units will be individually sold but it will be managed as a luxury hotel with incredible amenities to include a massive spa, private beach club for homeowners, skiing directly across the street, ski valet, ski and golf storage and concierge services, pools, kids camp, restaurants, bars, shops and retail.

We are currently in talks with luxury management companies who will manage the property and provide 5 star services. Owners will have the ability to rent their units through our management company allowing this to operate like a hotel and also be a great investment.
