Employment Opportunity:
Newton County Title, the longest running abstract and title insurance company in Newton County, Indiana and surrounding areas, seeks to hire a full-time title agent/closing agent. Newton County Title Company offers comprehensive title and closing services to real estate professionals, lenders, attorneys,
sellers and buyers throughout Newton and surrounding counties.
If you have strong administrative skills, general computer proficiency, a desire to assist others and place an emphasis on customer service, you may be the ideal candidate for the position. Experience in an office environment, real estate background, and/or experience in a county courthouse is desirable but not required.
Although Newton County Title Company has been around for many years, it is a growing company with some new faces and a desire to expand. This position could develop into an office manager position.
What is required of the candidate:
*High School Diploma required
*Strong verbal and written communication skills (telephone and email required)
*Desire to work with people
*High level of attention to detail and accuracy
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Word) and ability to learn other business software applications
*Ability to use fax machine, printer/copier, scanner
