This home was priced at $97,000 in a sellers market. We got the price down to $92,000 with the seller paying $5000 worth of the buyers closing costs, AND a Home warrantee that covered EVERYTHING! (Cost almost $1000). We showed this client homes all over the state! The one she bought was in Newaygo. I think she's happy in her new home, she got a great deal!!!
