A message to all homebuyers: stop 👏 skipping 👏 home 👏 inspections.

We're not here to judge, we're here to educate. The home inspection is much more than a bargaining tool. It's education. The average home inspection quote in the U.S. is just over $450. It's a small price to pay when you compare it to the cost of fixing a roof, repairing or replacing an HVAC system, or the hundreds of other costly issues the average homebuyer will likely miss.

While we're at it, let's make a thing. Home inspectors, make a quick post with your #1 reason a buyer should never skip the home inspection, or drop a comment on this post. Let's make 2024 the year every home buyer gets their home inspected.
