Good morning! Thursday info: To explain this a little more... let's use the example of having a monthly mortgage payment of $1,000. Instead of paying $1,000 in one payment each month, you would split the payment in half and pay $500 every 2 weeks. (this is how the extra month payment comes in for the year.) You also attack the balance of your principle more often so you get through your amortization faster, saving you on how much interest you pay on the life of the loan. Allow me to introduce myself. I'm your local North West NJ real estate agent, Dana Richter. I'm born and raised in Warren county, and currently reside there with my husband and 3 kids.
I come from an extensive background in property management, where my passion for client relationships and real estate began. On the weekends, you can find me spending time working on home improvement projects, gardening, nutritional education, and enjoying some great local spots Blairstown has to offer including some of my favorites; Strolling down historic Main St, visiting Sycamore park, watching airplanes take off and land at Donna’s Runway Cafe, stopping into Race Farm Market or dropping by for a cold treat at Blairstown Diary or Village Sundae, dinner date out to Buck Hill, and picking up pizza from Dominick’s Pizzeria to name a few. Life is busy and I have the flexible schedule to help you with your needs; kids, animals, all welcome!
