Remember these when starting your home-buying journey!
1. Stick to your budget! Whether you are paying cash or have been pre-approved through a lender, it is important to look for what you can handle financially!
2. Location, location, location! The location of the property is just as important of the home itself!
3. You will eventually make the space your own. Ignore any clutter or unwanted items in photos because one day it will be yours to decorate!
4. Communicate your immutable features! If you have any non-negotiables it is important to find an agent who will stick to what you need and ask for, like me!
