After being in the real estate world for close to two years now as a transaction coordinator, I know how much time + effort + hard work + preparation + planning goes into everything you, as a real estate agent, do on a daily basis.
It’s not an easy “job”. But with a lot of hard work and determination, you can set yourself up for abundant success.
I always strive to provide top notch service to my clients with my hard work ethic, organizational skills and real estate knowledge.
I know how much time it takes to write up an offer, fill out the endless amount of paperwork, prep emails, data entry, scheduling, communicate to clients, attorneys, lenders… the list goes on & on.
So what do I do as your TC? I handle ALL of that for YOU!🏡
My main goal is to get you + your clients to the closing table as seamless as possible. Making your job easier. Which in return saves you a lot of time! And what can you do with more time that is freed up? Sell more houses & assist more buyers!
I have a 50+ task list for both sides of the transaction to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Not only am I assisting in the transaction, I’m creating a relationship along the way with you and your clients.
