d the support systems to be scattered, the information needed was difficult to find and decipher and there was a lack of cohesiveness to the process. This makes it especially challenging for those having to make these decisions during a crisis move." Rick and Raigen’s life experiences and expert training has allowed them to develop a model that provides for successful downsizing and relocation for older adults. "We want to be the hub for people having to make these significant and often life changing decisions." One of the ways Key Transitions provides support is through their free seminar series; “Aging Well Talks.” The topics focus primarily on questions and concerns older adults may have around successful aging. Our seminars provide a starting point to help people be more aware of the resources and information available to them, allowing them to be better prepared in the long run thus, having greater independence for longer.
“Our mission is to provide the systems, resources, and care necessary for a happy transition. Additionally, we can add a level of support to adult children with parents who are moving so they can focus more on caring for their loved ones.
