I had a very interesting meeting yesterday. I received my KPI results from Sonia Almanza. It was absolutely amazing to see my personality profile on paper. With that being said, Sonia and I visited about my dreams and my road to success in Real Estate. During our meeting, and after much discussion, I have decided to start focusing on Farm and Ranch Real Estate. I realized that with my extensive background in Agriculture, six generations of ranching on my father's side and and five generations on my mother's side being passed down to me and with a BS in Ag-Business from Sul Ross State University, that it was a no brainer that this is the path I should take. I want to send a shout out to Sonia Almanza for helping me choose this carrier path.

I will still be doing residential, but my main focus will be Farm and Ranch.
