The Kerrville area residential market report observed a solid start to the year, despite the severe disruptions to the state's power grid due to the winter storm. Luxury home sales (homes priced north of 500k) remained in positive YTD growth territory, as well. A shift in the composition of sales toward higher-priced homes due to constrained inventories at the lower end of the price spectrum contributed to a rise in prices during January and February.
