It has been a challenging time on market for so many sellers throughout Texas. As in demand as our local hill country market is, it too, has been no exception. Many sellers are pulling listings out of frustration. However, in my professional opinion (backed by 18 years of experience), there is never a "bad time" to list your home/property.
