I think there’s something people don’t always realize about Realtors.
You don’t have to be ready to buy or sell a house to reach out to your Realtor.
Actually, I’d rather you text me BEFORE you’re ready.
BEFORE you’ve figured out whether moving even makes sense.
BEFORE you’ve decided whether to sell, remodel or stay put.
BEFORE you start scrolling through houses and accidentally fall in love with one.
BEFORE you know what your house is worth, how much equity you have, or whether you could even afford the thing you’re thinking about doing.
TEXT me when it’s still just an idea.
SEND me the property you found online.
ASK me if that crazy real estate idea you’ve been kicking around actually makes sense.
TELL me you’re thinking about moving in two years and have absolutely no intention of doing anything today.
You are not bothering me.
You don’t owe me a transaction because you asked a question.
And I’m perfectly happy to tell you that I think the smartest thing you can do right now is absolutely nothing.
I don’t just want to be your Realtor when there’s a sign going in the yard or a contract to write.
I want to be your Realtor before, during AND after.
