Janine Bear’s career as a Wood River Valley Realtor began in 1993 where she has since facilitated over 600 transactions - from residential and commercial real estate to land purchases, foreclosures, and investment properties. Consistently acknowledged as one of the valley’s highest producing agents, she is recognized as a local industry leader through vast market expertise and client loyalty. Her continuing education resumé, including Harvard Extension School and Lifestyle Psychology, signifies a dedication to both professional and personal advancement. Bear has also attained notable designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and Short sale and Foreclosure Specialist (SFR). Bear’s accolades and many Real Estate Professional affiliations – including serving as the President Sun Valley Board of Realtors and Blaine County Housing Authority Commissioner - she volunteers her time to many non-profits in the Valley. Aside from her endeavors, past clients attribute her success in helping them find the right property or investment to her commitment to working efficiently and focused while maintaining a high level of integrity and personal service. When she is not working, Janine spends time with her children, grandchildren, friends, and exploring the great outdoors. Whether it is hiking, biking, riding her Harley or digging her toes into the sands during summer travels or snowmobiling and attempting to ski, she maintains an active lifestyle and takes advantage of all the Valley has to offer.
