Bradie is just sharing some numbers that might be helpful if you're thinking about buying or selling in Hailey, or if you just need to know the value of your home for planning purposes 🏡

Here's where the single family home market (under $1.5M) stands year over year:

📅 2025 YTD - 28 sales · avg sold price $875,179
📅 2026 YTD - 24 sales · avg sold price $920,500

That's an increase of about $45,000 roughly 5.2% -from this time last year.

The Hailey market is showing real strength, and I think it's important that you have access to the same information I do so you can make the best decisions for yourself and your family.

Surrounded by ridgelines with the Bigwood River running through it, Hailey, Idaho punches well above its weight when it comes to trail access. You don't need to drive far, or at all, to find something worthwhile. Before you go, you can view the BCRD Summer Trails guide for maps, updates, and seasonal closure info.
This is a great trail starting at the Old Cutters Park. Today, I crossed paths with a few mountain bikers and locals getting out to enjoy the cool morning air. We are so lucky to have access to these amazing trails throughout our valley. I am here to help with all things Real Estate! Hi everyone, this is a quick video I took this week after viewing some beautiful Sun Valley homes.
Open houses are held on Wednesday in the North Valley. 11-1pm in Ketchum, Warm Springs, North Ketchum.
1-3pm for Sun Valley, Elkhorn, South of Ketchum. (Gimlet North)

If you would like to see homes in the South Valley they are usually open on Thursday and the schedule is South Ketchum (Rainbow Bend and South) and Hailey 11-1pm

Bellevue and South of Bellevue 1-3pm

They do vary but these are the most typical times, the public is always welcome and we agents love to have people come view the properties.

In Ketchum we have the iconic Starbucks and Visitor Center where the community can gather for events and grab a great Starbucks Beverage or snack while hanging out. I have been frequently ordering a dark roast from their new fabulous machine (Drip coffee to order by the cup) and sitting at the Bar to work for a few hours during the week. It is wonderful to see all the locals I have known for years and catch up as they grab a quick coffee or snack to go! Remember, Ketchum has this and many other fabulous spots to grab a cup or catch up with a friend. I have a goal to go to town a few days a week and just be social. Meet new friends and visit with old friends.

This is our Mother's Day Celebration at the Sun Valley Club House last year! The brunch they serve is amazing, having the family together was so great and then we played a very lively game of put put golf. What a blast.

Ok... my favorite is the dirty Chai latte with two shots! I think my Langley likes the Matcha Latte.... Pick a favorite and you will be impressed. If you like great service, fun atmosphere with good background music you must come to Maude's.

Absolutely, do not leave until you have checked out the apparel section with fun vintage t-shirts, jackets, fleece, dresses and more.

Today, has been a perfect time to work and relax at Maude's it is slack so it is quiet and just so lovely.
