The latest numbers are in! Here is a quick look at what’s happening across the local market. 📊

Over the last three months, 145 homes sold, up 9% from the same period last year, while sales volume climbed 21% to more than $310 million. Median list price also increased, reaching $1.295 million.

At the same time, pending sales and new listings were down year over year, offering some additional context around current market activity.

Co****le, Oktoberfest + a whole lot of community spirit. 🌽🍻

Last Saturday’s 4th Annual Sun Valley REALTORS® Give Co****le Tournament brought out some serious competition, plenty of cheering, and a great crowd — all in support of local students.

A huge thank you to everyone who played, volunteered, donated, bid in the silent auction, and came out to be part of the fun.

This last weekend Sun Valley REALTORS® Give raised more than $11,000 in scholarships for local students pursuing college, trade schools, and other educational opportunities.

And of course, thank you to Idaho First Bank for sponsoring the first- and second-place cash prizes, and to all of our other sponsors.

A little friendly competition can make a big impact. 🌽

The annual Sun Valley REALTORS® Give Co****le Tournament helps fund scholarships for local students across the Wood River Valley, including students from Wood River High School, The Sage School, Sun Valley Community School, Carey High School, and Silver Creek High School.

This year, the scholarship program is awarding more than $25,000, helping local students pursue four-year colleges, two-year programs, trade schools, and other paths after high school.

Last night’s SVBOR General Membership Meeting and RPAC Event brought more than 100 of our members together at The Argyros for an evening focused on the issues shaping real estate today and what may be ahead.
Dr. Charles G. Brockway of Brockway Engineering shared valuable insight into water resources in the Wood River Valley. Michelle Bailey, 2026 Idaho REALTORS® President, provided important MLS updates and a statewide industry perspective. Dr. Lawrence Yun, Chief Economist of the National Association of REALTORS®, closed the program with his outlook on housing, mortgage rates, affordability and the economy.
