Today I had the opportunity to attend the Senior Symposium at The Kroc Center in Dayton and continue learning about the many resources available to seniors and their families in our community.

Transitional living has many faces. 🏡

For some, it means finding ways to safely and comfortably remain in the home they love. For others, it may mean downsizing, moving to a more manageable home, or considering independent or assisted living.

This area of real estate is especially meaningful to me. My own experience helping my Mom explore options for safe and secure living gave me a personal understanding of the questions, emotions, and decisions families face.

That experience led me to earn my Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation and has opened the door for me to help other seniors and their families navigate their own transitional living goals.

Sometimes the right move is moving. Sometimes the right move is finding a way to stay right where you are. My goal is to help families explore their options, connect with helpful resources, and make the decision that is right for them.

If you're buying a home, this is one term you'll want to actually understand — not just sign off on. 📝

An owner's policy of title insurance protects you, the buyer, if a problem with the property's title shows up after closing — even if it wasn't caught during the title search. Think:
