😂 Real estate in 2026: everyone has their own version of reality, including me! We all have our own delusions!
Sellers are still dreaming of 2021 prices…
Buyers are waiting for a 2008 bargain…

Two identical offers… But in the end, they picked me, and we won!🏡👀

At 110-47 84th Avenue, there was a multiple-offer situation; my buyer’s offer was exactly the same as another buyer’s. So what made the difference?!

Experience, communication, trust, and the reputation of the agent representing the buyer is what made the difference.

Real estate is not always just about offering more money. Sometimes, having the right agent by your side can help make your offer stand out and give the seller more confidence in the deal!

That’s why reputation matters; especially in a competitive market, it is your greatest tool! ✨

Sometimes in real estate, the strongest offer isn’t only about numbers; it’s also about trust, relationships, and confidence that the Realtor will get the job done! 💪🏡✨

At 84-21 122nd Street in Kew Gardens, the seller received multiple offers, including two that were almost identical.

In the end, he chose my buyer because he trusted me and knew I would do everything to make the transaction smooth and successful!

After 26+ years in Queens real estate, I’ve learned that reputation and relationships truly matter; that is why I was picked in the end! ❤️

When a home first hits the market, that’s when excitement and buyer interest are usually at their highest. These buyers also tend to be the most prepared! A strong early offer may be telling you exactly where the market sees the value of your home.

Waiting for “something better” can sometimes mean losing your best buyer; you can lose them entirely. 🔑

In real estate, timing matters as much as price. It might make all of the difference!

A Listing That Led to Another Listing: 119-38 80th Road! 🏡✨
Sometimes, one successful closing opens the door to another! After tracking down an old phone number from one of my notebooks, I connected with a seller living overseas, earned the listing, and ultimately sold the home for $100K over asking! 🎉
After 8 months of navigating the process, we finally closed, and the story got even better! The seller later referred me to a friend who needed to sell his home in Hollis… and I got that listing too! 🙌
Hard work, patience, and great relationships truly go a long way. ❤️
