This week, Phillip Esquer - Arrow Real Estate had the opportunity to attend a multi-office training hosted by Currents & Keys Realty.

With local offices recently transitioning to a new MLS, the training was a great opportunity to learn the system, share insight, and better understand the expanded tools now available to serve our clients more effectively.

At Arrow Real Estate, we believe that strong relationships with other offices and agents matter. Cooperation, professionalism, and mutual respect across brokerages ultimately lead to smoother transactions and better experiences for buyers and sellers.

After more than 25 years as Broker/Owner of Arrow Real Estate, Will Sagmoen is stepping into a well-earned retirement from ownership, closing a chapter that has played a major role in shaping our local real estate community.

Will’s influence on Arrow Real Estate is immeasurable. He led this office with integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to doing what’s right. The reputation Arrow holds today is a direct reflection of the standards Will set and the trust he built with clients, agents, and partners over the years.

As Arrow Real Estate moves into its next chapter, Phillip Esquer - Arrow Real Estate will be assuming the role of Broker/Owner, with great respect for the legacy that began with John Spets in 1971 and continued under Will’s leadership. Our focus remains the same: to serve our clients and community with the values that have always defined Arrow Real Estate.

Importantly, Will is not leaving Arrow. He will continue to hold an active real estate license and remain part of the team, with a desk in the office and an ongoing presence. His experience, guidance, and perspective will continue to be a valued part of our operation.

Arrow Real Estate is incredibly grateful for Will’s leadership and proud to carry his legacy forward.
