This Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the courage and sacrifice of those who served and gave their lives for our country. We are forever grateful.

We want to give a quick shoutout to our very own Jodi Looney here at Arrow Real Estate!

Today is a big day for her family — her granddaughter had the honor of singing the National Anthem at a Washington Nationals game!!!

Such an incredible opportunity, and we can only imagine how proud Jodi is watching this moment unfold. What a special experience!

Wishing you and your family a very happy Easter, from all of us at Arrow Real Estate.

This week, Phillip Esquer - Arrow Real Estate had the opportunity to attend a multi-office training hosted by Currents & Keys Realty.

With local offices recently transitioning to a new MLS, the training was a great opportunity to learn the system, share insight, and better understand the expanded tools now available to serve our clients more effectively.

At Arrow Real Estate, we believe that strong relationships with other offices and agents matter. Cooperation, professionalism, and mutual respect across brokerages ultimately lead to smoother transactions and better experiences for buyers and sellers.

Thank you to Currents & Keys Realty for the invitation, the great training, and the welcoming environment. An excellent group of agents and a very enjoyable day.

Great day of MRED Training! Thank you to everyone who attended! Thankful for the trainers who travel, and for Kathy who continues to work tirelessly to make this transition happen!

🔊🎯 ANNOUNCEMENT 🎯🔊

After more than 25 years as Broker/Owner of Arrow Real Estate, Will Sagmoen is stepping into a well-earned retirement from ownership, closing a chapter that has played a major role in shaping our local real estate community.

Will’s influence on Arrow Real Estate is immeasurable. He led this office with integrity, professionalism, and a deep commitment to doing what’s right. The reputation Arrow holds today is a direct reflection of the standards Will set and the trust he built with clients, agents, and partners over the years.

As Arrow Real Estate moves into its next chapter, Phillip Esquer - Arrow Real Estate will be assuming the role of Broker/Owner, with great respect for the legacy that began with John Spets in 1971 and continued under Will’s leadership. Our focus remains the same: to serve our clients and community with the values that have always defined Arrow Real Estate.

Importantly, Will is not leaving Arrow. He will continue to hold an active real estate license and remain part of the team, with a desk in the office and an ongoing presence. His experience, guidance, and perspective will continue to be a valued part of our operation.

Arrow Real Estate is incredibly grateful for Will’s leadership and proud to carry his legacy forward.

We just want to take a minute to say thank you to our clients.

This year was one of Arrow Real Estate’s most productive years to date, and we truly couldn’t have done it without the trust you placed in us.

We worked hard to help our clients reach their goals, and this year that hard work really showed. We were proud to be part of over 60 real estate transactions — each one unique, each one important, and none of them taken lightly.

As we head into the new year, our focus stays the same: Working hard for our clients, adapting our procedures to meet an ever-changing market, and continuing to invest in our resources and education so we can be even better for you.

From all of us at Arrow Real Estate, we wish you a happy new year — full of peace, success, and health, whatever that may look like for you.

We’re grateful for you and excited for what’s ahead.
