I wanted to write a sincere “thank you” to recognize Thomas for being such a great help. My husband and I were just in your store purchasing thousands of dollars in home improvement materials, including lumber and drywall, for our real estate business.

Thomas was not only helpful in assisting us locating what we needed, but also helped my husband in loading our trailer. I am still recovering from a broken bone and can’t say how much this was truly appreciated!

I know many times, we hear the negative more often than the positive, but I wanted to recognize Thomas and the crew of the South Bend Menards! Living and having our business where we do, we are the pretty much the same distance from Kokomo, Warsaw, and South Bend…but when we are treated well from a particular location, it will always be our go-to store! It’s how you treat people that make a difference and Thomas demonstrated that today!
