Miami’s mayor Francis Suarez has actively courted the tech industry to the city, establishing the Venture Miami group to liaise with tech companies, and promoting a more relaxed regulatory environment for workers – Florida doesn’t have a state income tax.

Grover, the electronics rental marketplace, has joined a cavalcade of tech firms descending on Miami to base its US operations.

Many buyers can’t visualize the end result from remodeling, they see what your home is ad many times they do not want to purchase a fixer-upper home. Homebuyers are busy and to get into a remodeling right after buying might not be the easiest for them. Inexperienced buyers will get quoted high prices for remodeling.
Remodeling can actually be a time-saver when it comes to selling your home. Homes that are freshly remodeled and updated are going to sell much faster than houses that are outdated or in need of repairs. If you spend some time updating major living areas, you can expect to have multiple bids and buyers fighting for your home. There certainly are some things to consider when remodeling your home, but if you’re strategic, it can pay off. For example, remodeling the wrong areas can be a waste. One of the best places to focus your effort is on your kitchen, since that tends to be a selling point.

This year things have been very different for most of us and traveling has been not as usual.
A few weeks ago I took a trip to see my family and friends. I appreciated a lot more the fact that I was able to see them and spend time with them.
Life will continue but these two weeks were filled with love and happiness from the people who I love the most. Happy Week

The sales activity in single-family homes in Key Biscayne has been very active and the number of houses for sale has decreased from 121 in January 2020
to 83 in November 2020. Only 3 houses were sold in January 2020 while13 houses were sold in October 2020.

The number of listings for Single Family Homes has decreased by 16% in comparison with the same month of October in 2019, and the number of sales has increased by 25% the average days on the market have decreased by over 1%.
