You could say it's been a busy week! How does TBR Property Management prepare multiple multimillion dollar waterfront properties for a tropical storm or worse? Here are a handful of pics...

Each home is different. Some have known issues. The first two photos are for a home with a preexisting water problem. We created several layers of barriers, from plastic sheeting to movers blankets to bubblewrap retention walls and plastic funnels.

In all cases, everything that's outside must come in. From furniture to flower pots to hoses and skimmers, in order to protect the items, the property and neighboring homes, everything is brought inside and carefully organized.

In many cases, the outdoor items will be covered by tarps and the inside floors will be protected from the outdoor furnishings with a layer of cardboard.

Then it's time for hurricane shutters.

And then we pray.🙏🏼
