Monte Christo Monte Christo is a private high-end, luxury condominium complex in Key Colony Beach, Florida. The property is equipped with lighted emergency lights.

All condominiums are privately owned and A LIMITED NUMBER ARE PRIVATELY RENTED BY THE OWNERS for a minimum of one month. The Association office will gladly assist with providing general property information. The condominium parking facilities provide two handicapped accessible spaces that are located closest to the entrance of both buildings. There are elevators in each building, allowing guests w

ith mobility disabilities to access all three floors. The individual owners have not renovated any of the condos at Monte Christo for ADA accessibility.
