This was an extremely emotional deal, I can not thank the buyer and buyers broker for their total understanding on this transaction. Total professionalism on all angles on this one.

Some deals are just not getting the job done, but life putting a lesson right in your face. This deal just did that for me, I could definitely feel the power on this one. Deals Happen when you have great people involved.

This transaction was not easy as the seller wanted a price and the buyer wanted theirs. It took real estate brokers to get this one done. Level heads, no drama, needless to say negotiations was not easy but the real estate brokers just kept working. Ego was never involved, just getting the job done.

Even though it was a tough deal, it was a pleasure to get the job done on this one!

Sellers of this nightly rental condo ask me to sell their unit and I was happy to do so.

We found a buyer who was in a 1031 exchange and needed a property with a cash flow, and this unit has it!

Happy for my sellers as they are moving on to the next, happy for the buyer as they just got a cash flowing condo in Key West.
