Here's to 17 years! This beautiful Truman Annex home was one of the first properties that I had the honor and privilege of representing the buyers in purchasing their first Truman Annex property. It was then sold to another wonderful family who have been there for 11 years. They now are growing their real estate presence and moving across the street. Great memories were made in this house and so many more to come!

Who says you can't come back?? Congrats to Ward & Kathy who sold their Key West townhouse almost seven years ago today and never stopped coming back to visit. They found their Piece of Paradise in an historic Old Town condo last month and closed today. Cheers and kudos to them for never saying never.
