Another one sold! 🎉🏡
Congratulations to my wonderful seller, Kelly, on the sale of 1030 James Street for $1,800,000!
This transaction brought back some great memories because Kelly was one of my very first clients. Years ago, she trusted me to sell her home on Stump Lane. I still remember how excited I was when she chose me to represent her. At the time, I had just become a new mom, trying to figure out how to balance a growing real estate career with life at home. Kelly never hesitated and simply said, “Sell it!”
Of course, that was during the early COVID market, when homes were selling at lightning speed. We were under contract in just three days and closed within a month for over asking price.
Fast forward to this year, when Kelly called me again to sell 1030 James Street. My first response was, “Just remember, this isn’t Stump Lane anymore!” 😄 The market has changed dramatically, and I wanted to set realistic expectations.
But apparently Kelly and I have our own track record.
Despite a very different market, we went under contract in just seven days and closed within a month. Some things never change!
Kelly, thank you for putting your trust in me again. There is no greater compliment than having a client come back years later and say, “I want you to represent me again.”
