Some good (and a quick read) advice on when it's time to do some improvements if you're thinking about selling. Or not-some are even good just for your own benefit as a homeowner.

Also, starting some of these now, may be wise due to time frames for finding Contractors and trying to schedule going into the Summer months.

Renovations can increase a home's value and make it a more comfortable living space. One of the signs it's time to renovate could be the age of the home.

As we watch Hurricane Ian intensify, we have already put our preparation plans into place, last week in some cases.

We have closed up and secured the homes in our care (with our Hurricane Prep Agreement) and have now started the process on our own homes, however, we are still in office and available to our Clients should they need us.

We will also be first out after the storm passes to help our absentee homeowners and give peace of mind as to the condition of their cared for properties immediately once safe to do so.

Thank you immensely to our homeowners who put their trust in us to care for their homes.

When engaging a Real Estate professional, always try to stay local. Usually, independent Brokerages can keep more money the the pockets of the Buyers & Sellers by not charging Brokerage and licensing fees added to the bottom line of a transaction.
