S O L D: 6 Spoonbill Way is officially off the market!

Storytime!

I met Mark & Elaine through my friend Scott. The Caspers were avid sailors and looking to purchase a property and boat slip in the Florida Keys. We looked at a few houses and made an offer on a sweet little house in the Key West golf course.

Shortly after purchasing the owners had a change in lifestyle and decided to pivot to renting the house on an annual basis. We were able to find them wonderful tenants and provided a passive income while they figured out their next move, which it turns out, is purchasing a property in NYC.

We made a list of suggestions and the owners agreed to practically each one so we brought in the troops and got the house ready for the market. And under contract with multiple offers in the first 30 days.

Congratulations to my sellers on this next chapter and WELCOME HOME to the buyers. Now to tell the slip!

Everyone sees the listings, closings, and social media posts.

But what they don't see are the systems behind the scenes.

No gatekeeping here... these are the tools I use every day to keep my business running smoothly:

✨ Follow Up Boss:
CRM for managing leads, follow-ups, and conversations.

✨ FlexMLS:
My go-to for market research, listing data, and staying on top of inventory.

✨ Motion:
Helps me prioritize tasks, time block my day, and stay focused on what actually moves the needle.

✨ Google Calendar:
The command center for everything from showings to client meetings.

✨ Canva:
Where I create marketing materials, social content, presentations, and more.

The truth is, success isn't about working harder.

It's about building systems that help you stay consistent.

These are mine.

Save this for your own setup.

There came a point in my career where I realized I wasn't burned out from real estate...

I was burned out from settling.

Settling for systems that didn't support the vision I had.
Settling for thinking "this is just how the industry works."
Settling for less freedom, less collaboration, and less opportunity than I knew was possible.

For a long time, I kept telling myself things were "good enough."

But deep down, I knew I was looking for something different.

Not because I wanted an easier path.
Because I wanted a bigger one.

When I found eXp Realty , it wasn't some lightning-bolt moment. It was a series of realizations that made me question what I'd been accepting as normal.

What changed wasn't just my business.

It was how I thought about growth, ownership, community, and what's actually possible when you're surrounded by people who want to see you win.

I'm not here to convince you.
I'm just telling you what happened when I stopped settling.

If you've ever wondered whether there's something more out there for you, DM me "CURIOUS" and I'll share what I wish someone had told me sooner.

Ahhhh, the summertime slow down is finally here.

Schools are out for the summer.
The snowbirds leave.
The crowds thin out.

The pace slows down.

The paddleboards are out before sunrise (and the afternoon heat!)
The beaches are finally quiet.
The afternoon storms roll in like clockwork.

And golden hour seems to last just a little bit longer than before.

Locals exhale.

This is the season we wait for all year.

Who’s your favorite Florida Keys bestie to stop and smell the sargassum with? Whoops! I mean night blooming jasmine!

JK/JK. But for real, IYKYK.

13 years.

I was trying to come up with new words but somehow, I still feel exactly the same today as I did last year on this day:

“Grief, I’ve learned, is really just love. It’s all the love you want to give, but cannot. All that unspent love gathers up in the corners of your eyes, the lump in your throat, and in that hollow part of your chest. Grief is just love with no place to go.” - Jamie Anderson

Every year I watch this video and every year all the love that I want to give but cannot gathers in the corners of my eyes and slowly falls as I remember the beautiful soul that was my sister Ashlee and how unfair it is that she isn't here.

Grief is lonely. It's overwhelming and debilitating at times. It's sneaky yet predictable. Every year I know this date is coming and every year it hits different.

Today I just feel sad because despite being dealt a sh*tty hand in life she managed to overcome and start to build a better life for herself and that was cut short.

I wonder who she would be today? How many more lives she would have impacted? Would she still be on the West Coast or would she have boomeranged back to Baltimore or The Keys? Would I have more nieces and nephews to spoil and visit? Would we Facetime every day? The world will never know...

But you can help keep her legacy alive by remembering her, sharing this video, and your favorite memories or stories with her. If you've got a favorite memory or story drop it below in the comments, I'd love to see it💕

In case you didn’t know… next Monday, June 8th is World Ocean Day 🌊

But honestly, living in the Keys, we don’t really need a reminder to celebrate the blue planet we call home.

The ocean is part of everything here.
It’s our backyard, our livelihood, our therapy, our playground, our sunsets, our morning coffee views, and the reason so many of us fell in love with this place in the first place.

It’s the paddleboard mornings.
The reef days.
The sandbars.
The salty air after a long day.
The moments that make life here feel a little softer and a little more alive.

So consider this your sign to do something special on Monday:
💙 Take the boat out
💙 Snorkel the reef
💙 Join a beach cleanup
💙 Watch the sunset without rushing through it
💙 Or simply spend a little extra time appreciating the water around you

Because protecting paradise starts with loving it first.

Happy (almost) World Ocean Day, Key West

POV: you’re trying to stay consistent online without completely frying your brain...

This is how ya girl keeps content flowing without living on my phone 24/7:

✨ I plan content by themes:
Instead of reinventing the wheel every day and I map out categories ahead of time
local lifestyle
real estate tips
behind-the-scenes
community events
client stories
etc.

🎥 I batch by format
If I’m filming reels, I film multiple reels.
If I’m writing captions, I write several at once.
Staying in the same “creative mode” saves SO much energy.

🖼 I use templates for everything:
Canva templates.
Caption frameworks.
Story layouts.
Repeating systems = less stress and faster content days.

📅 And yes… I schedule ahead
Because future me deserves peace too 😂

I used to think consistency meant posting every day in real time. In reality, consistency comes from creating systems that make showing up sustainable.

That’s what finally helped me stop burning out while still growing online.

Save this for your next content day 📌
DM me “BATCH” if you want my template.

Nobody really talks about how emotionally hard the first year can be.

People see the closings, the social posts, the momentum… but they don’t always see the quiet days behind the scenes:

The deals that fall apart.
The clients who disappear.
The wondering if you’re doing enough or if you’re even cut out for this at all.

I remember feeling like everyone else had it figured out except me.

But eventually, something shifts.

You stop trying to sound like everyone else.
You build confidence through repetition.
You learn that consistency matters more than perfection.
And slowly… it starts to click.

If you’re in your first year and it feels heavy.: KEEP GOING. And reach out. Ya girl’s been there. 🤍

DM me “FIRST YEAR” if you need someone in your corner.

June 1 officially kicks off hurricane season in the Keys and whether you already own here or you’re thinking about buying, preparation matters more than panic.

One thing I’ve learned living and working in the Keys: the homeowners who handle storm season best are usually the ones who prepare early... before anything is even on the radar.

That means:
🌀 Reviewing insurance coverage now
🌀 Understanding flood zones
🌀 Checking shutters + impact windows
🌀 Testing generators before you actually need them
🌀 Having important documents and inventories ready to go

Living in paradise comes with a little extra responsibility...
And honestly, knowing how to prepare is part of being a smart homeowner down here.

That’s also why local knowledge matters so much when buying in the Keys.

Every neighborhood
Elevation
Insurance quote
And flood zone can tell a different story.

Save this and send it to someone who needs it 🌀
