Meet Lanie Diaz! After almost nine years with our team, Lanie has worked her way from Property Manager to Director of Operations, helping new owners begin their vacation rental journey while keeping our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What she loves most about her role is helping homeowners see the potential in their properties and creating processes that are both efficient and personal. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Lanie took one of the biggest leaps of faith by moving to Key West on her own—with a job lined up but no place to live. Talk about jumping into island life! 🏝️

Originally from Frankfort, Indiana (home of the famous Frankfort Hot Dogs mascot... yes, really—and it was a Dachshund), she’s been creating memorable guest experiences since September 2025.

Alli believes the best vacations are built on the little things, from thoughtful touches to making every stay feel unforgettable. Before joining our team, she spent six nights a week cooking aboard an offshore fishing charter, where she witnessed incredible sunrises, sunsets, and marine life that deepened her love for life on the water 🌊.
