Check out the frisco free repair Today 10-2. Bring your gear that needs some help down to the slopeside hall at 605 Recreation Way. They will be working on clothing, repair skis, bikes, but no zippers. I know I’ve got some gear that needs some love. Keep using that good old stuff and keep it out of the landfill.

Is Summit County’s real estate market slowing because it’s fall—or because of mortgage rates?

In Episode 178 of The Ski Summit Show, Matt takes a look at what’s actually happening locally.

Inventory is sitting around 860 active listings, compared with roughly 888 last October. So inventory isn’t suddenly exploding—but homes are taking longer to sell, and September sales were down about 23% year over year.

That means buyers may have more options and negotiating room, even while higher borrowing costs continue to keep some buyers on the sidelines.

Here is your fall market update long and short of it is the inventory is still up from last year and number of sales are down and is taking longer for properties to sell. With lower demand, sellers are needing to consider whether they will keep their property on the market or get more aggressive on their pricing. Well priced properties showing good value are still selling.

If you’re looking to follow the fall colors well into October here is some great strategy. Start with your leaf peeping up higher elevations for his pass Road in Breckenridge then move toward frisco around rainbow Lake. Once the colors have changed in the leaves have fallen there then you can travel down Vally and go to acorn Creek north of Silverthorne. If you still wanna catch some fall colors, then make your way over to fail and Avon on the other side of the past just a short drive.
