You want to know the biggest mistake people make talking about Maui real estate?

They think “the Maui market” is one thing. It’s not.

Yes, there’s an overall market. But Wailea isn’t Kihei. Kihei isn’t Wailuku. Different prices, different buyers, different pace. Even two condos in the same building can move differently.

So when someone asks how’s the market doing, my honest answer is… which part of Maui?

My dogs destroyed my screen door… so I fixed it myself.

One day they got a little too excited, ran through the doggy door and ripped the entire screen out. 😂

I figured, why not replace it myself?

Honestly, it went way smoother and easier than I expected.

New screen ✅
Doggy door back in ✅
Door fixed ✅

If I can do it, anyone can do it. 😂

Real talk: when’s the last time you had a completely free day?

Not a day off where you still answered emails. Not a “day off” that turned into errands. An actual, wide open, do whatever you want day.

Now imagine that day is on Maui.

No work. No obligations. Nothing on the to do list except whatever sounds good.

Where do you go first?

🌊 Sunrise on the sand
☕ Coffee and a slow breakfast somewhere good
🥾 Hike to a waterfall
🐕 Beach day with the dogs
⛳ Eighteen holes
🍽️ Eat your way across the island
🌴 Find a quiet spot and do absolutely nothing

Or maybe your perfect day doesn’t look like any of those, and that’s exactly what I want to hear.
