Most people only see the results.

They don’t see the routine behind them.

My wife is usually up before me, starting her day around 4:45 AM.

Not long after, I’m up.

Brush my teeth.
Get the dogs ready.
Take them for a walk.
Make some coffee.
Sit down at my computer.

One of the first things I do every morning is log into the MLS and see what’s new in the Maui market.

Originally from Queens, New York, I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people professionally in the medical field as a respiratory therapist and have been fortunate to build a life here on Maui with my wife and our two rescue dogs.

We’ve continued seeing this trend through April and into May:
