Some special moments from the blessing and groundbreaking of our kupuna affordable rental housing project earlier this month. Our 2nd phase has been properly blessed and is now under construction! A heartfelt Mahalo to the County of Maui especially Mayor Richard Bissen, Councilmember Tom Cook, Housing Director Richard Mitchell and HHFDC Director Dean Minakami for your support and partnership. Together we’re creating homes that honor and care for our kupuna.

An exciting day for our team yesterday as we broke ground on our 223 unit affordable mixed-use community in Kihei, Maui. We are moving quickly to get these home off the ground for Maui!
