From the moment we walked through the door of Randy and Julie's place, we knew we had found something special. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Wailea on Maui is nothing short of spectacular—a true island sanctuary with beautiful ocean views that seem almost too perfect to be real.
The condo itself is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed. The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into a spacious lanai, where we spent countless mornings sipping coffee and enjoying cocktails in the evening.
Both bedrooms were generously sized, each with plush, comfortable beds and high-end linens. The master suite featured a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity—perfect for unwinding after a day of beach adventures. The second bathroom was equally elegant and conveniently located for guests.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from stainless steel appliances to granite countertops. We prepared several meals here and enjoyed them out on the lanai, with the ocean as our backdrop.
The location couldn't have been better. Just minutes from world-class beaches, local eateries, and charming shops, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and privacy. We often walked down to the beach or lounged by the condo’s well-kept pool area, which also had ocean views and plenty of seating. The Elua Village complex itself is absolutely stunning. It is warm and welcoming and the grounds are meticulously maintained.
What truly set this condo apart, though, was the attention to detail and the feeling of luxury without pretension. Every element—decor, furnishings, layout—was curated with care and island flair. It felt like a home, not a rental.
Lastly, the owners, Randy and Julie are fabulous. They are extremely communicative, highly responsive and it is obvious that they love Maui and they want their guests to feel the same. We have now stayed at their place twice and never plan on staying anywhere else.
Each time our vacation comes to an end, we already begin planning our return!
