I picked up a delicious lunch from the other day and there were no leftovers! 808 Deli has delectable sandwiches (my faves are the Toasted Italian and Southern Squealer ) and fantastic salads. Donʻt forget to pick up one of their many varieties of cream pudding pies (just tried the Twix - wow!) They are open for dine in or you can walk across the street to enjoy your meal at the beach. If anyone is looking for a killer spot to satisfy their sandwich cravings, you've found your destination. Whatʻs your favorite sandwich?

Hello, Maui! Our June real estate market was quite a rollercoaster. I expect July to be full of fireworks as well! Not surprising, total unit sales for both single family homes and condos decreased compared to last year but the median sales price for both single family homes and condos continue to go up.

As a real estate agent, I spend a lot of time driving to open houses, showings, closings, and meetings. I basically live in my car, and visit my house every once and a while to water plants. Ha! Since I'm on the road so much, I definitely have a go-to playlist... but it needs some refreshing every now and then. I need some music suggestions PLEASE! What are you listening to right now?

I canʻt believe I just celebrated my 11th wedding anniversary! Itʻs amazing how quickly time flies, and how much life has changed since that day. We got married in Hilo and had a beautiful ceremony outdoors beside the ocean at the Naniloa Hotel . I feel like almost any spot on Maui would make for a beautiful wedding location. My top picks for wedding spots would be: Maluaka Beach in Makena, Aliʻi Kula Lavender Farm , and the Hui Noʻeau Visual Arts Center . Would you rather get married at the beach or in the mountains?

Maui locals, have you ever stopped in to The Cinnamon Roll Place in Kihei? ! I really enjoyed their gooey cinnamon rolls with tasty cream cheese frosting! I took the kids out to enjoy these delicious treats and then headed down to the beach.
