Such great time helping Elizabeth + Rico find a Maui home ! We originally met when they came thru an open house in November and their son Ryan loved our spreadsheet view of all South Maui condos . Yearly visitors to Maui Vista they thought that might be a great landing spot for them , but after negotiating on a sweet unit in that complex did not work , we shifted to other awesome condos with simple criteria ; ground floor + easy access to the beach. After a few months of searching via google meet ; we landed on the perfect unit at Maui Kamaole ! Today they set foot into their new Maui home for the first time, with a few updates in mind and ready to start making those Maui memories ! I told Rico he better start planning Mother’s Day 2026 now as 2025 will be hard to top !! Congratulations !!!
