5 Reasons to list your home with me in 2023!
#1: Real estate is my obsession.
I admit it: Real estate is my obsession. Even when I’m “off the clock,” I’m thinking, planning, and dreaming all things real estate! And that’s great news for clients. They get the benefit of my constant attention and drive to sell, sell, sell! When your home is mine, I won’t stop until it’s sold and you’re 100% satisfied.
#2: I love Maui.
Maui..... swoon. I love it. And when you love something, it’s contagious - you can’t help but talk about it! Buyers checking out your home will hear from me, either directly or via their agent, why this island, your neighborhood, and your house is the perfect place for them to start the next chapter in their life.

#4. I'm obsessed with negotiating you the best deal.
You need a person with a strong backbone and proven track record of being able to negotiate successfully. Beyond money, other important items of negotiation can be seller rent-backs, furnishings, contract timelines, and more.
#5. I am at the top 1% of agents at my company.
Speaking of a proven track record, I think this point speaks for itself. Out of 85,000 agents nationally I am consistently in the top 1000 agents at my company! What this means for you is reliability, network, know-how, and track record of success.
