Just the other day, I had a task to do that I honestly wasn’t looking forward to doing. I thought to myself, “I don’t like how I’m feeling about having to do this task.” Then I thought, “How can I make this more enjoyable?” Immediately, I changed the thought to “I get to” instead of “I have to”. “I get to” wake up and do this. Then I just continued with that thought. I get to have another day of life to experience this. I get to put my energy into this. I get to accomplish this. I get to enjoy this task because I’m alive and breathing. It was a simple thought shift but a major weight lifted. What do you get to do today? Change your “have to” to “get to” and have an awesome day, friends!
