I remember the first time I ever visited Kaua'i.

I fell in love with the south shore. There was just so much beauty. The rugged coastline and turquoise waters, majestic green mountains everywhere -- and so many rainbows.

I accidentally stumbled across the Kukui'ula neighborhood, which was in its early stages of development at the time. It wasn't long before security flagged me down and told me I couldn't be there. I had no idea I was on private property. But I saw a huge rainbow in that moment, and I felt my Grandma's presence, and I knew I was in a special place. Five months later, I made Kaua'i my home.

There is something very magical about Kukui'ula.

Fast forward 9 years, and I am honored to list this picture perfect bungalow that is the epitome of barefoot luxury. It is not for everyone. But for the discerning person who wants the best of the best - this is the place.
